I think that the huge benefit I had was that the day before the C saw me individually and she and I talked about my contributions to what went wrong. Hi ffi, No I have not read the book, although I've had it on my Nook for well over a month. I plan on digging into it this weekend though. Everyone who has read it says it has some great info in it.
