Autumn... Hoping the boys are doing good, too!!! Successful Dad time is so good for them!

Funny, my boys and I were talking tonight.. One of my older sons classmates Moms is moving he and his sister in w/her boyfriend. I know all involved, and this is a darling mom and boyfriend, but... She has two teens, and my boys relate because they're in same age group. My boys couldn't stop commenting on how "creepy" it was.

Following up from that, they talked about how strained the R is w/the mom and their Dad... We talked that it was mostly because of finances. I told my boys that it hurts me for them to even know this (other son must mention it) and I very proud of my boys Dad for never making this a problem so far, since it really causes hard feelings...

My S15 says... "Mom, I know you and Dad have disagreements about financial stuff, like our old house (we've talked about it). But, you never let it make you so angry at him that it makes us feel weird."

All I could think was. Give me an Academy Award!!!!

I tell you this because our boys are of similar ages, and... These boys are watching. Even if they seem quiet, uninterested, or not needing to talk. Boy, are they watching.

Thank God they can't read minds!!!
