Thanks 25, yes she does have 2 partners. Until this morning I hadn't paid anything so I think they were trying to keep it to her only. Going forward I have met the 2 paralegals and one partner, just in case. But she said she will always be with me if we go to court.
I did all of the paperwork this morning and owe them the address of his temporary residence this afternoon. I have to go in on Monday to sign an affidavit and she said it will be filed with the court mid week. She is going to call me before it happens, as it will hit the internet and she wants me to be aware.
I feel a huge sense of relief, other than the money spent. I walked out feeling good and that I am on my right path.
I am heading to my fathers for the weekend and he will be here with the kids tonight through Sunday night. Looking forward to some down time and planning as well.
