AJM, I agree, there are some who remain angry for a very long time and then there are those who will die still angry about the entire situation.
You are also correct in saying that we have to end it or it will never end for us.
Sit quietly, the answers will reveal themselves when you least expect them to. The past is gone, the present is a gift and you need to focus on today, allow the future to reveal itself when it is ready.
