At least for me I'm more likely to click on a thread if something in the title speaks to me. Find what makes your sitch unique and more people will probably respond.
Personally I'm more likely to click on a thread if it has one of the following keywords:
Military (I'm military too) Young (I'm 28) Nice guy (as in I was so nice it made me weak)
And a couple of other key phrases that had to do with my sitch.
It really helps for folks who can relate to you to find your thread
