Back from the dentist...work to be done. It makes me mad at myself but at the same time I need to just deal with it. I am getting back on a regular schedule and take care of me.

All of this time I spent getting emotionally and spiritually in a better place, now I have to take care of the body. Losing weight, walking with D13 and taking care of my body as a whole, these things are my focus now.

My old interest, S, moved about an hour away now. He is just on the other side of Kansas City. Well he knows where I am but I also know his kids stayed in Pittsburg to finish up school. He isn't going to have a whole lot of free time. Not getting my hopes up.
