This ultramarathon has plenty of hills, no?

There was no hand-off last night with my S. My W texted me and told me she wouldn't be picking my S up until 7:30. I had my Relationships group at church at 7. Hmmm..does seem like she's avoiding me.

I had plenty of GAL'ing last night for a school night. I had Relationships (aka Ladies) group at church. 6 of us went out for dinner afterward. Then, I had to burn off my dinner. Under the cover of darkness, I ran 3 mi., and stopped by house to pick up my bike. I then rode 8.6 mi. It was serene and peaceful out last night with the temperatures in the upper 60s / lower 70s. There's also no one outside to hear me singing with my iPod. It makes for a short night, though.
