Just got back from walking. D13 is going to DC in June and will be doing tons of walking so we thought we would start getting used to some major walking. Started at slow and steady and did about a mile. S16 brought Cooper along and they would get ahead but then he wanted me and he would come running back so they probably got double the walking.
I have gotten more into metaphysical stuff since the divorce. For about 2 years I carried amethyst with me. It helps with stability of spirit. I feel pretty good there so now I have rose quartz to open my heart and open it to love and aquamarine for courage. Gotta work more on my writing. Let's see how those go.

Yeah, DC is lots of crazy walking. By the end of every day I could barely feel my feet and then getting up and putting them on the floor the next morning made me cry! Good idea to work your way up to it.

Frustration! As you guys know I was sick last week and what happened in the middle of the night last night...yep throwing up again. This reminds me of my issue from 9 years ago, I threw up at least once a week from November through April. Ran all sorts of tests but it didn't stop until I quit my job.
Happened again about 5 years ago when I was stressed at work and former H started his affair. That lasted about a month but again quit my job and dealt with the issue at hand and a new job. I hope that isn't happening again. Though, yes I have been really stressed (more than the constant state of stress I deal with)at work lately. Ugh!

No one else to move it to. We are a two person office. We have gotten so busy over the last few weeks. Now the company I work for is big but this is the way our offices are set up. My boss goes on vacation next week so I will actually have a bit of break too but I will still be working.
Just craziness in my life to know that it really is March. lol
