Hey Michelle - You were absolutely right about seeing changes in him over the next few days. He has been a little more affectionate. Just very subtle changes but I think he may be processing what I said and realizing that it's very hard for me to trust actions or words because of our past so he is bringing the physical touch LL out more. I respond quite a bit to that. Not so much sexual touch (although that is incredibly nice) but more the hugs and light touches and pats. Those have always made me feel very loved. It's working.

We'll see how it goes, but I think screwing up my courage and just telling him really did help. It was very scary for me (I felt like I was going to hyperventilate and pass out) but it was worth the pain.

Yes indeed, by speaking up you told him that you believe you're worth more than what you're getting. That's pretty important. Why should our partners care more for our needs than we do?

I have a SCREAMING bad sinus headache today. The darned pine trees have blown up! The thick, yellowish green pine pollen is everywhere and it's disgusting. My head may just blow off my shoulders. Danged allergy meds don't work at all. BLECH1

I have been taking Claritin but it's not working anymore. I think I'm going to have to bite the bullet and go to Allegra-D or one of them with a decongestant in it. The pressure in my head is too much to bear. My eyes are watering from the pain behind them.

I guess I never realized they could stop working. DUH! It's like anything else you build a tolerance to. Gees....LOL

That's what mild winters will do for you. Not much snow, warm weather but viruses that live forever and pollen and allergies that make early appearances. Feel better!
