Newest Diagnosis: Bi-Polar 2, PTSD,
Severe Anxiety, Depression, Panic Dis-Order, insomnia, ADHD, Paranoia

Armour Thyrod 9
Prozac 40mg x 2 per day
Welbutrin 300
Clonidine 1 mg x 2 per day (blood pressure and other benefits)
Perphenazine 2mg x 3 (only during paranoid episodes which I have learned to recognize and cope with)
Doxipine 25mg. (between 1-6 a day as needed for itching sensation, I really need no more than 2)
Pre-Pro (woman medicine)
Atiavan 4mg night
Topamax 300 mg. Night
Ritilyn (Ritilyn puts me to sleep in daytime we are changing to Adderall - just got it, haven't tried it yet)

Emergency daytime Situation for Panic or Palpatations

Neuavam .5 (melt in your mouth Xanax only for panic attacks)
Diazepam 5 (day time bad news, or coping - only as needed)
Propranolol 20 (racing heart, or palpatations)

Migraine

Fioacet 250 when needed

I think I got got them all. If there is no crazy itching sensations, there is no need for the doxipine 25. I have had 12 Diazapams for a month and only took two. I am very judicious and accountable with meds.

Glad to see you are on Armour thyroid - I assume you meant 90 mg. Often when thyroid treatment is optimized, the anxiety and ADD will improve.

You should ask to be tested for B12 deficiency - occurs in almost 10% of thyroid patients and B12 deficiency can cause paranoia, neurological problems, etc. The test should be done fasting.

Fish oil is very beneficial for bipolar also, make sure you are taking that. And if you're menopausal, find someone who does bio-identical hormone replacement - fixing hormone imbalances might really help as well.

Thank you very much KML. I will bring each of your recommendations to the doctors. I can pick up some fish oil and B12. I usually do take basic vitamins - but have gotten lazy in latest stress period.

Yas

is this your main thread? Also I asked you a question and didn't see the response.

What do you think your husband would SAY - HIS reasons are for not wanting the marriage to work?

Are any of his reasons valid? What are you doing about those valid complaints?

Most of what you write, not all but most, is about what your h did to you or some of HIS defects.

But he is not here so we can do nothing for him. We can only help YOU

and you are the only person you control. You said you would "not tolerate HIS bad behavior again" but that's not really a trait to work on in you.

If you dig deep, you'll come up with something you CAN work on b/c otherwise you're giving your power away and not being in charge of your life.

So how can we help you?

What are the traits you want to work on, other than your medical issues?

I guess I switched over to the other thread regarding the 11th as I and others performed this thread to be convoluted.

Settlement has not worked out. I am no longer going to allow myself to react or respond or "mindread" servielience tactics. Divorce is imminent. I have explained as much as I can in the other thread.
My task now, as per my lessons learned thus far on the forum, leave me at distinguishing between withdrawal and detachment, with the latter being my goal. As per therapies today, it appears I am facing more grieving. As well, I must come to terms with the obsessing.

I feel I have the pursuing under control albeit via withdrawal, as in the last six months. That will have to do for now. See 11th hour for responses to your additional inquiries. I'm trying to be a good student under the curcumstances. Have visit with Psychiatrist about meds Monday at 3. yas
