1. Back to working out (alternating running for 3 weeks with my kids in a triple jogger and teaching 2-3 45 minute spinning classes a day for 3 weeks), going to start resistance training again. 2. Dropped 25lbs in the last 3 months (since we've been separated) 3. Shopped for all new clothes since the weight loss 4. Reconnecting with close friends, going out on the weekends H has the kids 5. Weekly IC sessions and women's support group 6. Trying to detach and move on and not wait for that miracle moment he decides he actually did love me at some point in our 15 year relationship 7. Focusing on being the best mom I can be to my 3 kids (4 1/2, 2 1/2, 1)
