OP mr mr Member M Joined: Jan 2012 Posts: 201 Wisconsin	No divorce while she is pregnant, Wisconsin has what is called paternal presumption, meaning that as far as the state is concerned I am the father. If we get divorced now I will be responsible for the next 18 years. After the baby is born and paternity tests are done then I can be released from that obligation and get a D. Quite a mess. So I get the no divorce while she's pregnant. Are you responsible for this baby while she is pregnant though? I know there is an OM in the picture, but could you be held responsible if he bails?
