Sitting in the courtroom waiting to see if she brings OM. Is it weird that I am more afraid oc seeing them together than I am of this whole D process ?
No divorce while she is pregnant, Wisconsin has what is called paternal presumption, meaning that as far as the state is concerned I am the father. If we get divorced now I will be responsible for the next 18 years. After the baby is born and paternity tests are done then I can be released from that obligation and get a D. Quite a mess.

So I get the no divorce while she's pregnant. Are you responsible for this baby while she is pregnant though? I know there is an OM in the picture, but could you be held responsible if he bails?
Wow, you have been through the wringer. You're doing beautifully though. Sadness and frutration are part of the deal and necessary emotions to get through this whole thing. You will come out stronger and better on the other side. So glad that DBing has helped you to get on with your life. That's a wonderful gift, even if your marriage ends.

Funny thing is that ever since court W has been very nice. I wonder whar she wants? She also went to her first parent teacher conference EVER! (We have kids who have graduated already)
