So SBT will tell us that if we want a great M, we need to start making a better M than what we have right now.

What is an M? It is an intimate relationship and legal contract between two people.

So SBT tells us to do something... to move towards are goal.

How would you like to do that?

What would SBT tell us, regarding moving you towards the goal?
