Rick - it's pretty easy, or at least what I'm seeing in the villages get some brown ricw and mix in some black beans. Serve wirh some not very meaty chicken and maybe some.cole slaw. Now I did have some habanero onion stuff to put on my rice yeaterday that was pretty good.
