Ok that sounds more like a pity party than it really is. I was under no delusions and had no expectations. And truth be told I spent most of the day fretting about unhealthy eating (we're hosting a conference this week at work, and it included donuts and a group lunch out) especially because I had to forgo the pool this morning - but at least there's a little something I can do about that - I'm hitting the incline trainer as soon as I get home.
