Just stopping by to say hello. I'm so envious of your upcoming mission trip to Belize! I've yet to go on a mission trip, and I've been praying for direction as we have several upcoming opportunities through my church. Please be sure to tell us all about it when you get back.
Also, please be careful with your back! I have some pretty bad back issues and never stopped when the pain got bad. I am very active but have had to completely change my workout regimen from cycling, weight training and running to Pilates only. Do some good stretching and take care of yourself.
