How cruel!! The UPS truck just drove around the cul de sac in front of my house and took a package to the neighbors house.
If this were a normal year the package would have been for me!! It would have been some flowers or special popcorn or treats!
Just another reminder that things aren't the same and that they won't be, for a while at least! Maybe never!
Tonight I will be helping the kids prepare their valentine's cards for their classmates and making cupcakes!
Tomorrow I will be taking cupcakes to my D4's class for her little party. After that, while the kids are still at school, I will be going to the local naughty store to find some sexy lingerie or something to make myself feel like the special lady I know I am! I deserve a gift so, I'm gonna get myself one!!
