Michelle, You're right about the piece of paper. All of us, especially on this site, know that. Just because we had that piece of paper didn't mean my W fought for our marriage, was willing to go to counseling, or anything. I completely relate to your frustration on that.
Didn't mean to sound harsh, this is just what I'm seeing with him. It was a convenience thing for him, staying in as long as it felt good. And peacing out as soon as it didn't. Strange as it may seem, in his mind he's just being fair to you.
