I know you're correct and can remember that for the most part, but when I'm on a downswing all of these insights start to fade.

I think I have to keep these words of wisdom available whenever I am on the downswing part of this. 25 talks a lot about mantras. I think I need to consider using these mantras more effectively. I have felt myself sliding down into the LBS despair pit for a week now and could not seem to pull out if even with awareness that it was happening. Mantras....
