Let her know that you are not sure that both of you need to be there. Ask her to confirm through legal advice or the courts or the notary...

Because you actually won't be available tomorrow.

And let her initiate negotiate a time in the future which fits your schedule.

You may also want to get a second opinion by yourself because second hand, non legal info isn't always reliable.
