waiting for the tides to change

I think its tricky cause you want them to spend time with the kids but dont want to make it too easy for them. I usually tell my H sure no problem you can pick up from school but we were planning on meeting "other kid" at park after school. My H usually changes his mind and says no. He hates interacting with other parents right now.

I dont want to keep him from the kids but I want him to have a realistic experience with them. That watching them is not just sitting at home and watching Dora. Its making playdates, cooking dinner, cleaning up poop,........

If you say no you cant pick up the kids he will use it against you. Just some things to think about
