She decided that there was no point in going to get her physical results when she's going for the heart test on Tuesday. Why not go one time and get results for everything at the same time, so we had the whole afternoon to spend at the ROM.
Thanks everyone. The fact the woman works six days a week at 13 hours a day pretty much insures a slow and easy pace lol! That's why she's looking for a new job "I want a job where I work five days a week. I want a life like everyone else has!" and after four years of this, she certainly deserves it!
I went to work this morning and had to come home in an hour. I was hit by this cold bug really hard! I caught last Friday but it didn't seem too bad, I thought I was done with it until this morning. Then I bent over and threw my lower back out. Going to chiro at 5:00pm. SDA Lady is going for stress tests and a cardio test this afternoon, so I texted her "Iniisip kita (thinking of you)! Good luck with the tests. All will be well" So she just phoned me as she is walking to the bus to go for her tests and asked me how I was. Never tell a nurse you aren't feeling well! "Do you have fever, chills are you stuffy and achy....did you have lunch?" She prescribed a few things as well including ginger and honey lol. She's going to call me later to see how I am. So sweet.
Be very careful with that Wii!!! I've had it since 6JAN and even with a round of antibiotics and as much rest as I could possibly get, I still have it! I'm miserable!!!
Hope you don't get it so bad. Of course you have that universal healthcare stuff up there so you'll be able to see a doctor. Trust me, if it's not mostly gone by Thursday, go to the doctor immediately! This stuff is not to be messed with.

I've known people at work who've had it for weeks, both my kids had it last week but they're OK now. I'll probably take tomorrow off too. No sense pushing myself and ending up really sick. Lucky for me I've got a nurse to look after me, eh lol! Again, it touched me that here she is going for a heart test and she's so concerned with my silly cold. Her heart is in fine shape as far as I'm concerned! Hey G, here's some nurse humour for you. SDA Lady told me that when she worked in the hospital when things were slow, her supervisor would tell them they were needed in the an operating room for a DNC...dusting 'n cleaning. Filipino nurses do it all lol.
