BTW, the reasons that I felt the way I did, which caused me to treat my loved ones like I did...those reasons don't mean [censored] to the victims of my behavior! It helped ME to know why I acted like I did, so I could do something about it. But the bottom line is this...I had no right to treat my loved ones like I did. I have no excuse for treating my loved ones like I did. They, understandably, felt (and still feel) rage and anger toward me because of the hurt that I caused them for years! I can't change the past. If I could take it all back, now that I know better, I would. I can't.
