There's pros and cons to every approach to dating. As I said previously the two women I've met so far I really enjoyed. The problem with dating is the vulnerability factor for both parties. Let's face it, most of us on dating sites are there cuz relationships fell apart and often not in the best of ways. While love is something we all thirst for in our lives, romantic or otherwise, it's also something that makes us act in the weirdest ways...and that's what people do when they're scared and want to protect themselves. The fact that you are also approaching people you've never even scouted out in real life adds another degree of uncertainty and anxiety. I try to enjoy my interactions with ladies, whether it's a coffee date, an email, or a phone conversation. There's something to be learned and gained from every interaction. If you don't try and think that way and instead personalize everything (which I can be guilty of at times) you'll be roadkill in the online dating world lol! Rambo lady never contacted me and I thought about sending her a short email just saying I was sorry we didn't get to meet blah blah blah but then it occured to me that I don't really care that much...and besides I can replace her in a heartbeat! Hey, that's progressive thinking for me lol. ...one one more fun dating interaction quote that just came to me "communication isn't hard, men just make it that way" lol.
