I've got to agree with JJ about looking at the positive side of things. It doesn't cost anything to have hope--and, IMO increases the chance of success.

You know either it may be a combination of the medication up again or the fact that I almost always come back up after hitting bottom.

But I feel I'm coming up again for air!!

Thank you Tal and JJ

OK Gang,

Thanks for all the feedback. yes, I am a half-full kind of person meself. I think things are moving in a positive direction. I guess I am just a little worried that I will get burned and hurt again. (OK, more than a little worried) I guess the difference is now that we are separated it is easier for me not to have his actions right in my face, and so easier detachment.
Thanks again all you piecing veterans!

Here's the thing--everyone around here has been successful. Some people haven't had the opportunity to rebuild their M's, but have made great strides personally. Everyone around here has made such amazing progress in so many areas, that it does make you have to redefine "success".

I have been wondering how Annette has been doing, she hasn't posted in a while. Anybody in touch with her?
