First post, words of wisdom needed

I just wanted to let you all know how much your advice and support means to me.

I was having a mini melt down about how to handle a texting situation (god that is stupid) and you all jumped in and saved the day. Thank you, thank you, thank you

Thanks to everyones' advice I am feeling in control and dare I say a little bit empowered this evening (can't tell you the last time I had those feelings).

It's crazy that something as silly as deciding not to reply to a text message can be so liberating. The really crazy thing is that I am not texting her back simply because I don't want to.

I'm sure I will have many more meltdowns over the course of all of this, but at this very moment I am happy and at peace. You all helped me get to this point so I just wanted to share it with you
