They are nuts...that's why you have to shake your head and laugh about it. There truly is no rhyme or reason for their insanity.

I think it's the only way that they have some connection with the lbs is by sending things such as this so that the lbs will respond back. At least, they are hoping the lbs will respond.

Hmmm...have to check my fruit cake to see if the nuts are still in it.

Sit quietly, the answers will reveal themselves when you least expect them to.
