I love all of our pets but there is something about a dog. They let you know how much they love you while cats and sometimes, ferrets can be aloof.

I needed a small to medium breed and it had to be relatively young so that it didn't have a pre-existing idea about cats. There were a couple sets of puppies but these looked to be the smallest.

So far the cats have been tentative and he loves Nada even though she isn't to sure what to make of him. They keep an eye on him but have stopped hissing. It's only been a few days so I think this is going well.
