Ultramarathon continues...was there a detour?

Thank God for those coffee shops!! After I do my runs along the canal, I walk up the street and hit the coffee shop in town. Really getting to know some of the workers there, now, when I walk in, they don't even ask what I want, just serve up the decaf coffee and bowl of oatmeal!! Kind of nice to feel wanted! lol,
Enjoy the warm weather, from today on the days get longer, biking/running here we come!
