Congrats on keeping it all together! I could learn a thing or two from you I've had several 'good' interactions with the H and kids, and I start to think that things are working in my favor...then BAM! H reminds me we need to work on our 'papers' or something else that reminds me he's still moving in *that* direction.
I think it's extra tough to not be crushed during this time of year... especially since I'm trying to keep the holidays 'happy' for my kids.

Certainly, if this is floatin' things along, it's the 'modus operandi' (mode of operation) then go with it. This whole thing is about watching and taking note. If it works, especially if it's consistent don't screw with it.

Sounds like things have moved up another level here, awesome. Patience though. Make sure it's genuine and solid before smothering H with, 'you're my forever ever more' and really deep stuff like that. Don't forget to keep chippin' away at the good changes too. Even after reconciling.
