Hello Weni, Thank you for your post. I also find that scheduling things ahead of time is very helpful. I find that I do not like unstructured days, i.e. holidays, weekends, etc, that do not revolve around work. Typically, during the week i will go to work, then head to the gym, and then go home, eat, and head out to a meeting, (ACOA, Divorce Support, American Legion, etc.)Weekends are tougher, usually head down to the river or the canal to walk, ride, or run. Have met a few good people in the Divorce Support Groups, we sometimes socialize before and after meetings.
Like you, I am often sad. It comes and goes, changes on a dime. Workouts definately help. I do better at night than in the morning, but have not been sleeping well. How about you?
