Hey Gunny! I actually has to think about what you posted for a couple days. I need to order that book you spoke of. I come from a long line of depressed people. My H too. I think some of us don't even know what normal looks like. I see other families, the way they act, fun thay have. We seen to try fun things, but never keep up with them. We buy fun toys, and they languish , unused. I plan activities, and then people sit around and watch TV instead.
My GAL activities are hard because I have that sad feeling so much. I have to really immerse myself into what I'm doing to get to happy. For some odd reason scheduling things and doing them on a regular basis makes me feel better. Maybe because it helps get me through my week.
How do you handle it? Nuts and Bolts.... It sounds like you are on the right track. Keep up the good work.
