By the way, my specialty is American 20th century history. I do undergrad survey classes mainly. I absolutely love the 1940's and 1950's, but I also have a strange attraction to the medieval period as well. I read a lot of Norman Cantor who writes on medieval history and I also read a ton about the two World Wars-- pretty much anything I can get my hands on and have time for.
