Now, when this happens I like to remember an old friend of mine who used to say that 9 in 10 women you ask will turn you down, but he always felt good when a woman rejected him because that meant he was one closer to that magic number 10 who was gonna say yes!
That's funny...and it's certainly looking at the positive instead of the negative. When you were playing football and you got hit hard, you didn't come out of the game. You got back up, dusted yourself off, and got back in the game. And you didn't even think about it anymore.
