that's so true. It's a matter of perspective. I've been prepping for W's moving out (she's still looking for places...picky, picky) and I keep telling myself all the things I can do with the house, etc.... there are definitely upsides to everything----- once we find one, it's important to HOLD ON to it!!!! hang in there LITB (and WHG too).
