Thanks so much, Sandi!! I appreciate the feedback - and I really need it, too. My short term goals are:
1.) Have exchanges periodically with her via text that are not negative 2.) Have her notice ANY difference in me at all 3.) Exercise enough discipline to limit conversations (text, mostly) 4.) Get out and LIVE and see if she notices
Are those good? I read that part of the book and struggled to come up with the type of goals they were suggesting.
