MZ, I guess it par for the course when piecing that every little bit of conversation gets dissected to the core! I hopefully will be returning to the piecing forum soon, and have started reading again.
Reading your sitch reminds me that piecing is , as J3B says, piercing! It is touch picking up all those little pieces. I think its true, it will take forever.
