Today I had an appt with my therapist and it went very well. Last week's session I spent the majority of it in tears, but not this week.
When I told her that I love H and probably will for a long time but finally love myself more; she said "YES!" And got choked up. She said that was such a profound statement and she is so happy that I have come to that realization.

I'm proud of myself.
