Thanks Val and BklynMom! I am really looking forward to an Al Anon meeting tonight. The last time I went I was very emotional and couldn't really speak, but I feel like I am more prepared this time and not all over the place emotionally. I hope that continues through tonight
Had a bit of a rough morning today. Tried to DB my way through it the best I could. Sometimes I look at my H and don't recognize him at all. It is so odd to me. Very hurtful to say the least.
I know that I need to continue to GAL and become the best me that I can be regardless of what happens with my M. I just wish that it was easier than it is Don't we all!
