I thought I would start a new thread since I must be getting close to the 100 post limit. This thread is dedicated to the men,and women on this board who are going through tough times, JB,RICK, 2THEPOINT, JUST STUNNED, AC, DG, and anyone else who may be fighting the good fight. These truly are the times that try mens souls, hopefully though, like our forefathers, we will ultimately end up the victorious in our battles, whatever our goals may be.
I want to thank all you who have contributed to making my sitch much more bearable. Your kind words of sympathy, and sage advice, have really made a difference. I thank you all and look forward to fighting on. Gunny

O GOD THY SEA IS SO GREAT AND MY BOAT IS SO SMALL!
Question for anyone out there, have you used the coaching for more than three sessions? Have you found them to be helpful in your overall strategy for DBING? Depending on how tonights session goes, I may opt for 3 more sessions, we will see.
I have. I have used 11 so far. Maybe I just need more help.
I see you're still tearing it up in the GAL arena. I think the co-ed volleyball may be a good thing to shake things up a bit.
Thanks for your thoughts Gunny. I have not used a Coach I think it's too late for my sitch. But I have heard that they are pretty good and provide lots of hope and good advice. Have a great one

no such thing as "too late" AND it's NOT just about saving your marriage Rick!
you know that.
Stop caving in, to the depression. Call and make an appointment with a coach.

There I go again with the negative thinking. 25 to be honest my depression has decreased for the past 2 days. The melatonin is helping, I think. I might try a coach. Let me see how much $ I have left after paying bills. Don't mean to hijack Gunny;s thread.

I used a coach between 12-15 times. I also had a MC who was very good. I also got on some meds. And I came here too...a lot.
IF I had to do it all over again AND had to give one thing up, yet still try to save the marriage, the COACHING WOULD BE the LAST THING I'D GIVE UP...

I had Vernetta, who I think has retired. EVERY SINGLE thing she suggested I do
stuck with me, AND made sense AND YET was revelatory AND WORKED...
she was a frickin' Godsend...
I'd write down questions BEFORE I called and I always always took notes.
I miss her!
