I've always said I was going to get myself a female basset hound and name her Luccy, and tonight I made that dream come true.

I rescued a 4 month old female and her name was already Luccy. If that isn't a sign, what is?

All right, DG! I know you had been talking about it! Two Cs, huh! My dog's name is Lucy (One C). When she tears something up or misbehaves, she is Lucy-fer.

I made chicken enchiladas for dinner last night for "family dinner night" and they turned out awesome. I've never made them before but both boys devoured them and said I need to make them again.
We've all come to love that night of the week.
It's pretty special.

Awesome! I'm so glad to see you've rebounded and you're doing some of these positive things!

I just want to get this whole D process over with.

Not that I can say I would do any better, but try not to focus on this too much. Focus instead on these positive things you're doing and the positive, everlasting, hard-earned changes you've made.
