Sounds like a nice place, with you and doggy liking it Your neighbor lady sounds nice, one of my best friends when we rented was a grandmother who lived in our building. Don't get me started about refrigerators. Ours died slowly over the summer, and we got a new one, finally. It's nice to have ice cream that stays frozen again!
