I've been working in the mental health field for about 25 years in both hospital and community settings. What field are you in? I'm 53 years young (with the heart of a 45 year old!) and live in Sxxxxxxx, I enjoy yoga and meditation, just as you do. In fact, in Monday evenings I attend a meditation group weekly. I'm also doing a lot of Qi Gong lately, another great stress buster. I love to learn, love to laugh and believe in equality...but I'll still open the door for you!
