ROMB, I'm also sorry this happened. I think IS put it pretty well. I think your H is just pushing buttons and expecting a certain response. Either that, or he feels threatened and is reacting to that. Obviously, he knows where to hit you pretty hard. I also agree with IS - I am doubtful he will follow through on seeking custody.
