Sorry if you've already answered this question, but... how long has it been since CJ had a check up?

The fact that he was unable to perform after taking Viagra would seem to indicate some sort of physiological issue at hand?

What do you think.

WEll I 180'd things a bit by NOT just sulking about the love life issue. I picked a good time and told CJ that I wasn't happy about the way things were going.

He agreed. Made a few suggestions re sleeping arrangements which could help...but have failed in the past.

I said that I was going to re-read SSM and Dr. Phil's RR section on intimacy. Asked if he would too and he said yes.

I guess a good idea would be to get the books out and get started, huh?

Just a COUPLE of check-ins first.....

Um Shiny...RE Viagra,

According to what I read regarding this drug ( I looked into it a lot when H tried to lay the "low sex-drive" thing on me) Some men need to take it multiple times for it to be effective. CJ may need to take it for a couple of days in a row to get enough built up in his system for it to do it's thing. You should also make sure that He doesn't eat a high-fat meal prior to taking it as it could take longer for the drug to act. Um...sexual stimulation also needs to occur, the pill won't do it all on its own.

You probably know all of this already I thought i would mention this stuff just as a reminder in case

Hugz,

One other thing:

Did CJ take anything for his heartburn?? I was just reading the insert that comes with viagra and it says that it will not work with many heart meds and over-the- counter drugs...especially those that contain nitrites.

HI Zoo,

CJ has used V a few times in the past (with me) and it HAS worked. This time even with oral stimulation...nada.

The heart burn came along after CJ had gone to sleep at which time he DID take a pepcid or something, but it didn't help.

I broke out Dr. Phils RR and SSM last night...read for a while...honestly, it made me sad. I suppose I've been living in a bit of denial on this aspect of our R, of late.

The books are in clear view in the back room beside the lounge chair...wonder if I'll be re-reading them alone?

Hi All,

Feeling rather low today...mid-winter doldrums, no doubt. REALLY wish we were taking a vacation on my Feb break...but that looks highly unlikely.

CJ told my sis that he was going to plan a getaway for us...but there's been no evidence of that and the break starts in two weeks.

Oh well...things could be worse. CJ got some kind of virus (DOOM?) on his laptop and cannot access his computer at all...he may even lose his files...were it me, I'd be freaking.

Later...

Sorry you are hitting a low spell.

But knowing you as we do - no doubt you'll be turning it around before long.
