I'm feeling much better today. I slept well last night and today feel much better. We were emotionally intimate for a couple of months not just that last month that we were together, that was important to me so I won't apologize for sometimes feeling that loss strongly some days after Friday being the real end for me. But if it goes on for months that's an issue...it won't. Hey, who wants to be with someone who can't be honest with you anyway. Tonight, I go to my seminar How To Let God Help You, which should be interesting, and last night I went to meditation. I'm keeping up my life and things will fall into place. You might be right about the last message but I just felt it was so angry and impersonal to just unfriend someone. I wanted to at least say goodbye in a more respectful way. If she took it badly who knows. We never will.
OK, gotta make dinner and read seven chapters of How To Let God Help You before leaving at 7:00 pm. Hey, could really help me by reading the chapters or making dinner...just a thought.
