I am only going to add one thing...

although you went to school for counseling...you are not your own counselor

I went to school and have a psych degree (well 1 class shy) but would not presume to be my own therapist

I also have my MA in education but would never presume to think that no one could ever teach me a new way to teach

open your mind to new possibilities
