Thanks Kat, I really like this texting thing. It gives me time to think of what I want to say. We have fun with it. We don't usually text our brains out like last night. Sometimes she'll text me (or I'll text her) at 10 or so just to say "goodnight". Sometimes we'll call each other or just leave FB messages. I realize that I really like communicating with someone who wants to be a partner in staying connected. When I dated Voldemort she would just complain "why don't you phone me every night?" MM takes responsibility for what she wants. If she wants contact she makes it happen. She doesn't expect me to do it all. When she said "I don't need a man to take care of me, I can take care of myself" she wasn't kidding! That's nice.
