JS - Thanks for the kind words. I feel strong about 90% of the time, which is good. But I don't kid myself that I'll have another downturn - my only hope is they come less often, and leave sooner.

Sometimes some of things he's done/said hit me and it literally takes my breath away - but again, less often, and I'll take any progress I can get at this point.

A coworker that I've been close to for a long time was in a horrible motorcycle accident yesterday afternoon. Today his family made the decision to take him off life support.

I can't even imagine the pain that they're feeling - my heart breaks for his children. If you have good thoughts to spare, maybe spend them in this direction, just for tonight.

Sad today - both due to the tragedy of my friend/coworker, and just a little bit about H. Hard to sort out my feelings.

The office is pretty somber today. There's a memorial for him on Tuesday that most people will attend. It's just so shocking.

There's only a little part of me that wishes H were around to comfort me - mostly the thought of him touching me turns my stomach. I more wish we were in a place where he could comfort me, even as a friend.

Maybe one day.

Thanks, Val. I'm doing ok. Happy hour with friends tonight (though not the "friend") which will be fun.

Just in from happy hour - had some yummy fish tacos and good conversation. Feeling a little down, but nothing awful. Planning to hang out online and watch some comedy stuff, then head to bed.

Fridays are hard because I don't have S7 and I miss him terribly.
