How do you prepare yourself to hear that your spouse had an A?

Seriously, I believe him for now, but I still have doubts. Can I do anything to mentally prepare myself?

T: 15/ M: 8
Rock bottom: 4/11
ILYB: 5/11, but I knew it at least a yr before
